Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, and for nothing else.

What We Do With It
What the enquiry form collects
Your name, email address, phone number, the class you are interested in, your experience level and anything you write in the message box. Nothing else is collected and there is no tracking of what you type before you submit.
Why we collect it
So a coach can reply to your enquiry, suggest a class time that suits you and tell you what to bring. That is the only purpose.
Where it goes
Submissions are delivered by email to info@bjj20.co.za through a hosted form service that passes the message on and does not use it for anything else. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in the academy inbox for as long as they are useful for answering you and keeping a record of the conversation. Once they are no longer needed they are deleted.
Asking us to delete your details
Email info@bjj20.co.za and ask us to delete your enquiry. We will remove it and confirm once it is done.
