The training floor
One large mat area, open on all sides, with enough space for a full class to drill and roll at the same time without crowding.
The Facility
We train inside Oxygen Fit at 1 Moreland Terrace. A dedicated mat area, a cage fence, bags for striking, and a full commercial gym floor in the same building.
Inside
One large mat area, open on all sides, with enough space for a full class to drill and roll at the same time without crowding.
A fenced perimeter around part of the floor. It keeps rounds contained near the edge and doubles as a wall for standing work.
Full-coverage tatami, cleaned after every session. Mat hygiene is not optional here — it is the single thing most likely to keep people training.
A bag line for the striking classes and for anyone wanting extra rounds before or after training.
Part of the Oxygen Fit building. Change, train, shower, and go straight on with your day.
A simple plan showing the mat, the cage section and the bag line, so you know the layout before you walk in.
Getting Here
We train inside Oxygen Fit. Come through the main reception, tell them you are here for BJJ 2.0, and follow the signs up to the training floor. Street parking is available on Moreland Terrace and the surrounding roads.
Have A Look
You are welcome to come by during opening hours, look at the floor and watch a class from the mat edge before booking anything.
